Modern Coastals

We wanted to rent a place to have the last volleyball team dinner. Before renting the Airbnb, I contacted Peter and Lisa/Modern Coastal Properties, to verify that we could have dinner at the house. They responded promptly and approved our request. As outlined in the detailed instructions, we had no issues getting into the house. We all loved the house. After the tournament on Saturday, we returned to prepare for the team dinner. The amenities in the kitchen were greatly appreciated. Each of the girls' parents came in to drop off their player, and they all complimented how cute the house was. There was plenty of room for the 10 players for dinner. We were so thankful for the ping pong table in the garage, which the players enjoyed. They were all having such a good time. None of them wanted to leave. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was an easy drive to Indian Rocks beach and Clearwater. We also loved how close we were to the grocery store. The house was super cute and very cozy! Our family also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub very much. The property manager was quick to address any and all questions we had about the property. I highly recommend, if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of town. Thanks again.
